In cellars or buildings which arent't frequently aired or not at the right time you have to expect mould formation, water spotting or smells. Mostly the humidity is too high.

Often these problems with humidity are fought against with expensive renovations or restorations.

Depending on the measure the success isn't always lasting. According to the damage a moisture-controlled and a lot cheaper ventilation system can be entirely sufficient to solve this problem durable.

Since the year 2005 the systems BT01 and BT03 operate with great success for example in private houses, museums and historico-cultural buildings.
